One of our signature projects was the renovation
of the 10,000 sq. ft. Vanity Fair Arcade in downtown Lakeland, Florida. A circa
1924 building on the National Historic Registry that sat vacant for over three
years. The construction included selective demolition, new structural steel framework
from the inside, all new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and all new
interior finishes.
